Ideal for large families
Large detached bungalow, well-looked-after, with lots of light. Big kitchen and family room, 5 spacious bedrooms with big closets (3 of them in the basement), open office next to the hall (originally a kids room) and long dining room with direct access to the backyard (which was also a room in which was added an extra door connecting to the kitchen). The kitchen holds a dinette which fits table and chairs, 2 pantries and lots of cupboards.
In the front, 2 parking spaces with asphalt and in the backyard (36' x 50'), a garden, a large area with lawn, a large patio, a balcony (17' x 9'6") and lots of green. Altogether, the terrain makes 4,350 square feet. The backyard is located south.
A 8' x 19' utility room with a large sink, a 60 gallon water-heater, an electric central heating furnace and tons of storage space. Access to a cold storage room (under front balcony) through the family room downstairs.
