Initially, I was not really interested in living on a ground floor, but I was really seduced by its large windows over the entire width which overlooks superb vegetation. We are far from poorly lit semi-basements! It's also very intimate compared to other similar offerings on the market, as the property overlooks an internal courtyard. That means no cars, no bikes, and only the immediate neighbours as pedestrians. Plus, it really cuts out all the sounds in the city. We can't hear the 40 at all! I was less sold by the neighborhood too, but finally I discovered that Ahuntsic is dynamic AND quiet. In addition, we are really located a few steps from Villeray and all the shops and popular locations of Jarry Street. It's a well-kept secret!
The condominium is really well managed and maintained; the neighbors are pleasant and respectful; the fixed costs are low; the space is BIG; there are just no unpleasant surprises. It's a real turnkey condo and it's affordable (tsé). Come and visit it and you will be seduced as I was a few years ago

Au départ, je n'étais pas vraiment intéressé à habiter un rez-de-jardin, mais j'ai réellement été séduit par ses grandes fenêtres sur toute la largeur qui donne sur une superbe végétation. On est loin des demi-sous-sols mal éclairés! C'est aussi très intime comparé aux autres offres semblables sur le marché, comme la propriété donne sur une cour intérieure. Ça veut dire pas d'autos, pas de vélos et seulement les voisins immédiats comme piétons. En plus, ça coupe réellement tous les sons de la ville. On n'entend pas du tout la 40! J'étais moins vendu par le quartier aussi, mais finalement j'ai découvert qu'Ahuntsic, c'est dynamique ET tranquille. En plus, on est vraiment situé à quelques pas de Villeray et de tous les commerces et emplacements prisés de la rue Jarry. C'est un petit secret bien gardé!
La copropriété est vraiment bien gérée et entretenue; les voisins sont agréables et respectueux; les frais fixes sont bas; l'espace est GRAND; il n'y a juste pas de mauvaise surprise. C'est un véritable condo clé en main et il est abordable (tsé). Venez le visiter et vous allez être séduits comme moi je l'ai été il y a quelques années!
