Beautiful and renovated condo with heated indoor garage and storage space. Nice, green and sunny backyard, with no neighbors in the back. Calm area, near all services: highways, bus, train, CEGEP, park, shopping center, groceries, clinics. Well-administrated building, very low condo fees. A must-see!
