Bright, lovingly renovated duplex. Two large open areas on the ground floor and basement. A warm and inviting home for living and entertaining. Basement completely renovated in 2015, including plumbing and electricity. Large, sunny, exceptional and very private backyard with pool, pergola and large terrace. Several trees planted at rear.
Incredible panoramic view from 2nd-floor apartment, also with a large open area. Well-maintained home. Duplex located near many amenities, including Île de la Visitation, Parc Frédérick Back, daycare centers, elementary and high schools, Hôpital Fleury, Complexe Sportif Claude-Robillard, etc.
