Very well-maintained 5-plex for sale by original owner still living-in.

Principal dwelling very clear on two floors with large living-in room with fireplace and outside acces tru patio doors. Renovated kitchen opened to dining room and living room. 1 bathroom renovated with glass wall shower and the other with therapeutic bathtub. Both with powerfull heating.
