Beautifu, tastefully decoratedl condo. All doors are glazed with beautiful quality. Condo located in the corner of the building, very bright. Fenestration following the sun all day. Exotic hardwood flooring in master bedroom, living room and dining room. Bamboo floor in the second bedroom. Ceramic floor in the entrance, the kitchen and especially radiant in the bathroom.
Kitchen cabinet in chocolate color cherrywood. Granite counter. Very beautiful ceramic for the backsplash. Stone dining room with cherrywood bridge and lights.
Several inclusions in the sale. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, central vacuum, heating and air conditioning, hot water tank, stacked washer and dryer and 2 storage spaces in the basement.
All light fixtures EXCEPT... in the kitchen and the entrance.
