OPEN HOUSE THIS SUNDAY, THE 25TH OF JANUARY FROM 2PM TO 4PM
Magnificent duplex in excellent conditon in Anjou, located near all amenities. On Roi-René street between Sentennes and Sublaines (calm section of Roi-René). A lot of renovation and well maintained (the pictures are worth a thousand words).
Very nice/big 5 and a half on the main floor and basement to be occupied by owner. Big laundry room in basement with a 2nd bathroom which has a shower and lots of storage. Good size backyard with a big balcony (more or less 10ft X 10ft). Garage that allows parking for 2 cars one behind the other.
Central electric heating system by air and central A/C also by air.
Renovations:
- Fully renovated basement fully in 2008 (hardwood flooring + rock around wood fireplace). Simply magnificent.
- New interior doors and handles in 2008, of which 3 are french doors.
