Beautiful townhouse sunny, both summer and winter!
Unit corner with landscaping, located in a nice district of Anjou. A few minutes walk from primary school St Joseph, 5 minutes drive from the mall Joseph Renaud, 10 minutes by bus from the Honoré-Beaugrand subway station and Anjou high school; not to forget fast access to highways 40 and 25.
The front door and the two front windows 8" x 8" (energy efficient), were replaced in September 2008! The central air conditioning offers comfort, much appreciated during the summer, while conduits already in place offers the opportunity to opt for a central vacuum if you wish. A patio door provides access to the backyard where a paved patio awaits you to enjoy the beautiful summer days.
The ground floor open area is very bright. The living room (ceiling 10" high) is dominated by the dining room that communicates with the kitchen by a broad and practical service-hatch. The kitchen cabinets were renovated in birch, while a ceramic floor (summer 2008) complete the whole. Ideal for friends and family reception!
On the first floor, the brightness is always preserved by a skylight and another large window 8" x 8" in the master bedroom. This room is very large with 10" ceiling and a walk-in. The bathroom is also very spacious. The shower and the bath are separated. The second room of good size has a very large wardrobe.
In the basement, the family room (ceiling 10") could be transformed into a 3rd room. The washing area and the garage are also on that floor.
