ANJOU SUR LE LAC:
Pretty home in a quiet neighborhood located in a residential closed area nearby a man made lake in the middle of the city. Located on a corner street lot, with its several side windows, the house allows an ideal view of the exterior as well as ample amount of natural lighting on the inside.
No condo fees!
Construction of superior quality. All flooring is either hardwood or ceramic (floating floor in basement). Hardwood staircase between main and 2nd floor and other features include air conditioning, wood fireplace and alarm system.
Roof replacement done August 2016.
