It is a corner unit away from the elevators and next to a fire exit so it's a quiet area. You only have one shared wall and floor neighbors are professionals or old couples.

A newly refaced park that has a basketball court, ping pong tables, picnic tables, a kids' water park, open green space, and a community garden right next to the condo.

Close by, there you have Epicure (European supermarket), IGA, Newon (Asian market), and Walmart. If you drive, then just 5-10 minutes away you have Metro as well as T&T (biggest Asian supermarket) and many other stores.
