Nice duplex on a quiet street of NDG. Fully detached building with parking for 4 cars.
Move-in condition. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2007. Granit countertop.
Each floor is a large 6 1/3 with 3 good size bedrooms.
Finished basement, which can be used as a guest bedroom and additional living/play room.
Nice backyard with grass.
