A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN A GREAT LOCATION AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE!
A detached 3 bedroom brick cottage sitting on 5220 square feet of land, located in the heart of NDG, surrounded by mature trees, good neighbours, and located close to all the amenities necessary in life such as metros, buses, schools, shops, parks and emergency clinics/hospitals. The house also benefits from an immense amount of natural light..
This cottage was built in 1940 and it stills retains the original oak floors/trims/staircase and wall sconses (LVR/DNR/Hallway) from the era. On the main floor, there is a working fireplace in the spacious LVR, great for those winter nights and/or romantic dinners.
