Owners’ comments
Very quiet circle lying at the school yards of Springdale elementary and Sunshine academy. Very safe environment for kids. Very close to the intersection of Hyman and Sources for public transportation.
Well maintained lawn in both yards back and front, with a back double deck newly treated and freshly painted. And a free grass mower electrically powered purchused summer 2007.
It is a well lit and spacious house totally renovated. Main bathroom done 2009, washroom done 2008, an existing stand up shower in basement, oak railing done 2008, new flooring for family room and basement in 2007 and new moldings and paint in all the house.
For warm winter nights, enjoy a natural wood fireplace in the family room.
