Our building's environment offers peace, respect and tranquility amongst its occupants and quiet soundproof like qualities inside. A real wood fireplace insert warms up the home and adds comfort and beauty to the living room area.
This 3 bedroom, corner unit condo with great sized windows on three faces allows for sunshine all day long. It is strategically situated in a prime sector of Dorval
South, neighbouring a shopping mall, grocery stores, clinics, health professionals, many restaurants, the airport and much more.
Public transportation (bus & train) are both found within walking distance. Major highways, 520, 20, 13 and 40 are all close by and a short 25 minute drive into downtown Montreal.
When taking a leisurely walk or a bike ride in the area one will discover many parks, tennis courts, pools and skating rinks. The community centre is also close by and offers many activities to its residents. A stroll along the Lakeshore Boulevard allows for tranquility and beautiful sights of Lac St-Louis.
Our well maintained 6 unit residential building is solidly built with, a steel structural frame, concrete floors and a steel roof deck. In 2012 many improvements were done to the building including a new roof, plumbing inspection, asphalting, and aluminum siding on chimney boxes, their inspections & cleaning. An important caulking contract is scheduled for May 2013. It is important to mention that we have not had any problems with our building and all work done was due to proper planning.
Well managed finances assure sufficient funds in both operational and reserve accounts. Many condo properties fail to assure these funds for a secure and rest assured condo living experience.
