Magnificent property, well located, one block away from St-Louis lake, in the heart of the Dorval village, and in the south-west sector 'no airplane', in a quiet and pleasent surrounding. Located at just a few minutes from the international airport, schools, trains, playgrounds, the supermarket and one minute from the Montreal bus system. Dawson avenue is a street with limited traffic and snow clearing is a priority since it is the main artery east-west for fire fighting squads. This residence has been built according to Hydro Quebec recommendations in order to minimize heating bills. It is located on Dorval highest grounds, thereby eliminating risks of flood. Landscaping is entirely finished. The front of the house is completely open being located across the Dorval CLSC. Outside insulation, vinyl siding, gutters and roof shingles have been renewed in June 2010.
