The building where the condo is located in one of the rare buildings that face a park in Griffintown. High-end facilities in the building include two swimming pools, (one indoor and one outdoor, of which the outdoor is the largest swimming pool in the area), gym, yoga room, billiards room, large sauna room, leisure area, party hall, barbecue area, large terrace and more.
