This is a very rare 2-bedroom corner unit with unobstructed views of downtown and old Montreal. The unit was completely renovated in 2019.
Sliding doors were installed in the second bedroom rather than closing off the room. When left open it provides a very open space which can be used both as an office and a bedroom, and when closed it can be a fully closed-off room. A Murphy bed and PAX closet system were installed in the second bedroom which will be sold with the condo.
The living and dining areas are vast and very bright which can accommodate large furniture.
