RENOVATED Corner unit! Large private terrace, Spacious backyard. Townhouse featuring a contemporary designed open concept kitchen-living room-dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a powder room on the main floor.
Move-in condition! Freshly repainted in a neutral color, my house offers an abundance of natural sunlight throughout the house. The lovely and private uni stone terrasse backs to a spacious greenspace with mature trees far away from backdoor neighbors.
Co-owners have access to our community inground and Kiddy pools. Pool activities include lifeguards, swimming lessons, and community BBQ. All backyard fences will be replaced within the next year by the condo association.
Co-ownership fees include all heating costs, the maintenance of lawn and sprinklers for green grass all summer, the snow removal of our parking areas and sideways, access to the beautiful backyard greenspace (Basketball hoop and kiddy installation close by), the access to our community pools and family activities, sufficient reserve funds for Building maintenance (Roof, Fence, foundation, home insurance of outer shell of building).
