This fabulous townhouse enjoys a prime location in the peaceful Village Saint-Louis in Lachine, coveted neighborhood for its nearby schools, green spaces and bike paths. Only few kilometers away from downtown Montreal and the airport with its direct access to highways 13 and 20 and close to all amenities (grocery stores, drugstores, bus lines, hospital), the historic Lachine canal and Saint-Louis lake.
The house has a private 400 sq. ft. terrasse, bathed in sun all day and rebuilt in composite decking in 2020, that leads to a shared backyard surrounded by the mature trees of the adjacent park. During summer, enjoy the co-owners pool.
A great sized walk-in completes the master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom has heated floor. The mezzanine on the 3rd floor gives possibility for a guest room, office space or family room.
