Owners’ comments
A well-maintained duplex in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Right next to an elementary school and a church. 300 m from the beautiful Rapids Park and the Saint-Laurent river.
The lower apartment (99, 5th Avenue) have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with finished basement. It is occupied by the owner. Electronic appliances (fridge, stove, washer, dryer) will stay.
The upper apartment is a 4 ½ with a balcony in the back.
The roof has been replaced in 2010, with warranty for 20 years.
