Very nice condo 78.9 s.m. (850 sq ft) wide, located in the Cours du Cloître, at the frontier Plateau-Mont-Royal / Mile-End. Ground floor (9 steps from ground). Top shape. Hardwood floors in impeccable condition. Wood fireplace. Terraces in the front and in the rear. Excellent construction, dating from 1995, well kept. Beautiful architecture.
