Beautiful turnkey condominium located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal. Near all services (grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, Bixi, banks, hospitals, schools, restaurants, shops, pubs, etc.). At less than 8 min. walk from the Mont-Royal subway station and close to the beautiful Lafontaine Park.
Unit well maintained and decorated with taste. Ceramic counters and backsplash in the kitchen, Ceramic bath/shower and sink in the bathroom, floating floors, O'gee throughout the condo, wall paneling and more. No carpet. Air conditioning and dishwasher included. Outside storage.
