Splendid undivided Condo 20%, 2 bedrooms located on the Plateau Mont-Royal.
Completely renovated in 2010 (electricity, plumbing etc....) with quality materials and also a new brick joints were done during the summer of 2010. Ceiling at 9, granite counter, mural air conditioner, offering 2 large bedrooms and an open surface for the living, dining and the kitchen area. Storage space in the 2nd bedroom and also in the basement. Water tank 60 gallons located in the basement also. Shared parking space on the street behind the building.
The Quote-Part is at 7.5%, the condo fee is $75 / month. The taxes per year are $1,118 and the heating / electricity bill is approx. $1,000 per year. It is a good investment due to a very low fixed fee.
