Bright and spacious 3rd floor condo close to the Mountain. High ceilings (9 ft. 8 in.), 2 skylights. Large French windows with wood moldings and a bay window in the kitchen. 3 bedrooms; wide indoor staircase with an exposed brick wall. The original charm has been preserved, the woodwork stripped and stained. Southern exposure and exceptional luminosity.
The front balcony looks onto the tree-lined street; the rear balcony, surrounded by trees, is private and quiet (there is no alleyway).
Abundant storage space and closets, including cedar-lined closet in the foyer, and a large enclosed space in the basement.
