Condo bathed in lights made on 2 floors located on the 3rd floor of a charming condominium of 32 units.
The front of the condo overlooks a carefully landscaped inner courtyard while the back overlooks an alley. Privacy is provided by many mature trees.
The master bedroom is located in the mezzanine and gives access to two terraces, one overlooking the west and the other the east. The west terrace offers views of Mount Royal and downtown. Mezzanine expansion work was completed in 2020 to add additional floor space and storage. It should be noted that there is also a common terrace on the roof of the building.
An indoor parking space is available in the garage, as well as 2 storage spaces. There is also bike parking in the garage.
The condo is located in the charming «Le Petit Laurier» district where you will find many cafes, shops, and restaurants.
You will be pampered by the public transportation offer with an express bus line that passes in front of the condo to get downtown.
