It's INVERTED STOREYS, 3 skylights and its L shaped construction allowing a fully windowed wall in the kitchen MAXIMIZE THE INCOMING OF NATURAL LIGHT IN THE LIVING QUARTERS. In the SPACIOUS LIVING/DINING ROOM OF 20' X 34' (the kitchen is located in the L section) the ceiling is supported by 4 architectural B-C fir beams and is equipped with a wood fireplace.

This house is equipped with a pulsed central air conditioning system (thus no disgraceful wall air conditioners) and a central vacuum cleaner.
