The Productive House: an ecological project certified LEED platinum promoting the environment! This corner unit on four floors gives you the advantage of having the living space of a house but for the price of a condo! You will have the impression of living in the countryside, whether by the trees which surround the property and which create a beautiful intimacy, or by the absence of noise in the unit since it is set back from the street, giving on the interior courtyard. This townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 office and 2 bathrooms will appeal to couples and families looking for their haven of peace, while remaining close to many services (2 minutes walk from the Charlevoix metro, 5 minutes walk from the Lachine Canal, close to the Atwater Market and downtown).
