Gorgeous Industrial looking and historical condo. Sitting in one of the most active area in Montreal. To sum up, this one of kind condo with the mezzanine, big Windows that give you a nice view on the great courtyard but on the private terrace as well, on the sunny side. Great soundproofing, literally two steps from downtown, Metro, Atwater farmer's market and lot of other commodity. The block include an indoor basketball court, a gym, a yoga room and of course a salted heated pool on the rooftop that gives a panoramic view downtown. The value of this unique looking condo will increase over years.
"Les loft Imperial" won several awards for his design or its sustainability; this old cigarette factory "AKA usine sweet coporal" in the beginning of the XXth century, has been restored after it shut down, that gave a second life to this building and revitalize the Saint-Henri area as well since 2008 and still a wise investment.
