Superb condo. More than 1500p2. Newly renovated, bamboo floors. On the 6th floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, solarium, new appliances, interior parking.
Exterior swimming poll, exercise room and concierge on the building. Only 4 apartments per floor. Near the river, 2 parks, commercial center, elementary school and Bell.
Codo fees are 599$ per month plus a special temporary tax of 299$ per month. Electricity, air conditoonning, heating and hot water are included in the condo fees. The owner will pay the special fee for the next three years.
Nun's Island offers you a quality environment. Walking trails, bike paths, and parks surround the Island. However, you are only 10 minutes from downtown and the south shore.
