This 4-level townhouse with a garage is nicely located at Nuns Island of Montreal(No Condo fees). The sector is very quiet and family-oriented, with lots of trees and verdure. The kitchen was entirely renovated in 2018 (with birch wooden cabinets, quartz countertops, and ceramic). The roof, doors, and windows are also in good condition.

There are 3 rooms on the two top levels(ideal for a home office),  the basement 7 feet high, as well as 2 full bathrooms and a powder room adjacent to the kitchen. The 3rd floor loft
 (10' 8" x 14' 5") is not included in the total living area.
