The open area on the first floor is very bright, it includes a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, a living/dining room with a private balcony facing south; a large laundry/storage room, and a bathroom (WC).

Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom: shower and bathtub, and a second family room, very rare on the market.

A lot of storage: large laundry/storage room + storage space under the stairs & outside.

Private outdoor parking accessible directly from the balcony.
