Perfect for anyone wanting to live in town at a low price, you will be close to public transport:
There are several shops within a 5-minute walk;
* The roof will be renovated in spring 2018 at the expense of the seller.
* The purchase and installation of a new front door, is included with this condo, as well as the painting of the facade and the back of the building. Unfortunately the winter arrived too early and it was too cold to do this work.
