Two apartments with an area of 800 ft2, two bedrooms. The ground floor apartment is rented at $1457/month and the 2nd floor is rented at $1003/month.
 
The renovations of 4643 on the second floor, date from 2012, where the floors, the corderons, the kitchen, the bathroom, the doors were redone.
The renovations of 4645 date from 2015, flooring, kitchens, laundry room (ceramic, pipes) and doors and strings.
The crawl space (under the ground floor apartment) was dug 3 feet out and the north and south foundations were insulated.
 
All doors and windows were changed in 2015.
 
The roof was redone in June 2008 and the stone façade in August 2010.
 
At the back, there is a landscaped courtyard with gardens and two parking lots. There is also the possibility of enlarging the backyard by removing the parking lots.
 
The borough of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve says that conversions from duplexes to single-family homes are still possible with a transformation permit, unlike other boroughs such as Villeray, Rosemont-la-Petite-Patrie and the Plateau Mont-Royal, where an area limit can be imposed per family.
