Description of the house : A unique European style house, built in solid masonry and pre-cast concrete, throughout with passive energy principle. The construction started in 1989, and the interior finishing was completed in 2003. The building is built on a 1400 sqft area and has a 4500 sqft total usable area, distributed on 4 levels. Level 1 .- (semi sous-sol) houses 2 very large rooms ( one with private bathroom ) with over 9 feet ceiling height. A single garage with storage space underneath. A workshop and a cold room. Level 2 .- houses a vestibule, a powder room, living and dining rooms ( open concept ), a kitchen with large eating area, and a den. All of floor area is finished with granite, except for the den.
