Owners’ comments
This air conditioned apartment is on the second floor on a quiet side of the building. 2 nice bedrooms especially the masters bedroom with a renovated bathroom en-suite and a walk-in closet. The kitchen has been renovated with a big cupboard. Oak floor and moldings throughout. Very nice balcony maid of ceramics.
There's a heated and fenced outdoor pool surrounded with a lot of trees and flowers during the summer.
Exclusions: blinds and curtains + dining room and kitchen ceiling lamps.
