Superb house, well tended, with intimate backyard, garage, and in front of a park which offers children modules, basketball and soccer courts and ice rink (winter). An elementary school is just on the other side of the park.
First floor is an open area with a lot of luminosity and with a nice view on the park. The second floor has two large bedrooms with big wardrobes and large windows. Bathroom with washer and dryer is located on the second floor. The basement is completely finished with a bedroom, a storage room and access to the garage.
The intimate backyard is enclosed by fences on all sides, well landscaped and requires little maintenance.
Recent renovations: Laminated flooring in basement (2009), roof (2007), front windows (2006), patio door (2006) and garage door (2006).
