Built in 2021, this south-west facing condo is filled with natural light and located on the second floor of a quiet 6-unit building, right in the heart of Rosemont. The kind of place where you quickly feel at home. There's even a cozy café on the ground floor!
Every space has been thoughtfully designed. Whether you're hosting friends around the kitchen island, working from home, enjoying a quiet Sunday cooking, or unwinding in the evening, the condo feels open, comfortable, and easy to live in.
Two outdoor spaces let you fully enjoy the neighbourhood: a balcony off the living room with open views of a beautiful tree and the church, and a semi-private rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing and BBQs.
