Bright condo with 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor near all amenities. The unit is very functional with its central open-concept living area and bedrooms on either side. The 9-foot ceilings and large windows provide natural light all day. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage. The entry closet and the walk-in closet also offer large storage volumes. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom through the walk-in closet.

The unit includes indoor parking, a locker, and a bike rack located in the basement. A common terrace is also available, offering a view of downtown Montreal and Mont-Royal. Access to the 3rd floor is via an elevator.
