RARE on the market! Large and warm condo located on the 2nd floor of an undivided co-ownership of 5 apartments in a magnificent building built in 1919 in the heart of the sought after district of Vieux-Rosemont.

Close to all services, you will be charmed by the energy that emanates from the Promenade Masson. For lovers of nightlife, many restaurants and bars have emerged in recent years.

This charming little nest has been renovated up to date over the years, inhabited by the same owner since its conversion in 2011. The front double room serves as a master bedroom and a child's bedroom. It is considered as one room but it can easily be reinvented as a bedroom/office/meditation room.

The double room at the back is fitted out as a living room/office, but it too could serve as a large, bright dining room.

The place allows a lot of possibilities and creativity as to the arrangement of the rooms.

Some renovations done since 2016

- Sanding and varnishing of the original hardwood floor

- The complete bathroom with ceramic tub/shower

- The kitchen is redone with Imural products, lots of storage

- The rear balcony has been redone

The central island in the kitchen can be placed so that it separates the living room and the kitchen.

Some minor work is to be expected and discussions are underway between the co-owners (plaster north-east wall, addition of a beam in the crawl space to solidify the foundation, as a preventive measure).

Respectful, friendly neighbors and the atmosphere of the condominium has always been very harmonious. We discussed the possibility of putting a roof terrace which could eventually become a joint project.
