Unique, quiet, safe and ready to go, Best price in the sector. Living surface around 672 feet square. Very Nice and luminous Condo of 4 and half pieces located at the second floor including a terrace and a parking just in back of the apartment. Co proprieties fees and hydro-Québec fees are just too ridiculous. Floors are in wood lattes all over the condo except for the Bathroom which is in ceramic. The condo is well located in researched “Shop Angus” area and close to two metro station. Express Bus line is now available on St-Michel Boulevard. The condo is surrounded of several parks. Also in the neighbourhood: - Food super market (lowblas & Metro) - Drugstore - Bank - Restaurant - Bar - Promenade Masson - Spa/Massage
