Beautiful townhouse located in Brois-Franc, Ville Saint Laurent. 20 X 36 ft of building size and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Indoor garage enough for 2 cars
No carpet! All the stairs and bedrooms are in hardwood.
You can enjoy plenty of sunshine all the day! It is very sunny in backyard and kitchen at morning, and in the living room and forecourt at afternoon.
