WELCOME!
Superb, large undivided 6 ½ condo + laundry room and 2 relaxation areas, on the top floor of a triplex. There are 3 bedrooms in total, soundproof floors between floors, 2 small balconies, possibility of a large roof terrace. Dishwasher inlet. Clothesline.
5-minute walk to metro, green line (Frontenac metro). Good neighborhood, nice quiet mixed-use area, close to everything. Green courtyard on the sunny side.
The area
The property is located in a quiet, central sector of the Sainte-Marie district in Ville-Marie, which is currently experiencing a development boost, given the reconfiguration of the neighborhood's shopping center.
It's a 5-minute walk from the metro (green line, Frontenac station), and close to parks and fitness areas, including the Centre sportif Jean-Claude Malépart (various sports, martial arts and large swimming pool). Many shops are nearby (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, etc.). A booming area, already well-developed and enjoying a second round of construction and revitalization.
By car: It's easy to get around on the main roads (5 minutes from the Ville-Marie expressway to the south, and 2 minutes from Iberville to go north). It's very quick to get to downtown, Old Montreal or the South Shore. In summer, it's easy to walk to Pied-du-Courant to watch the fireworks.
Parking
Parking is always easy on the street in front of the property, summer and winter alike, and you can also buy parking stickers to make it even easier.
