21st floor sunlight filled studio with an wide-angle view of Montreal

The unit is part of the Laurent Clark project built in 2022. The unit is on the 21st out of 25 floors, and has some of the most amazing views of Montreal.

Condition

This place was used occasionally as a Pied a Terre since it was built in 2022 and is in excellent condition.

Location

Right across from Saint-Laurent metro station. Less than 15min walk to McGill and UQAM. 

Located in Quartier des spectacles, events and concerts are right outside in the summer, with skating rink 1 min away in the winter.

The studio faces east (events and concerts take place west of the building), and is high enough that I've never felt any noise during concerts.
