The unit is situated on a quiet street with one closed bedroom, a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony on the third floor. You can watch the fireworks in the Old Port every summer inside the unit or in the balcony.  It was built in 2014 with a monthly condo fee $215. It has a storage room in the basement, three exits, and one elevator. 

The unit includes fridge, stove, washer and dryer, air conditioner, and the window curtains.
