Other features are an open concept with exposed brick walls, big windows from floor to ceiling, high ceilings, wood floors and close to 1,500 sq feet of living space. 

You can walk to restaurants and services, and downtown is only a 15 minute walk. It is also only a few minutes from the Victoria Square metro station. 

Heating and air conditioning electricity costs are included in condo fees.

Street parking is available with vignette.
