In a calm, residential and family-friendly area, close to every services (grocery stores, pharmacies, corner stores, SAQ, bakery, banks, Canadian Tire), between Sherbrooke and Hochelaga, the upper 5 1/2 (3 bdr) was recently renovated and was rented for $975 a month (stove and fridge included) until July 1st (water-heater is rented to Hydro-Solution by the tenants and electric baseboards heat it).
The other unit includes the 1st floor (with 1 bdr and 1 double living room) heated with natural gas (hot water system and furnace from 2016) and the basement (2nd bedroom with an electric baseboard, office space, laundry area, workbench, storage, and a 2008 water-heater), the terrace in the back (2010) as well as the access to the backyard/garden. It could be rented for $1,250 a month.
The front yard is a pleasure to have between two winters. The tulips open the ball, followed by the narcissus and a variety of species follow one another until the Fall.
The roof was redone in 2011 in thermoplastic (with a 20 years warranty), all bathrooms walls are tiled from top to bottom. Windows, doors and galleries were changes in 2002. A 200 amp input powers the building.
