Build in 2005, concrete structure, terrace level unit with large windows, ceilings of more than 9 feet, wood floors, concrete counters with centre island. Large closet in the master bedroom. Granite counter in the bathroom.
We are the first owners and have made the following additions: High quality wall A/C, entrance closet and sliding panels to open or close a bedroom, wireless wall plasma TV(ready for HDMI), wire connection for ceiling lights.
