Owners’ comments
A unique property in this neighborhood.
Originally it was just one big house. Ancients owners transformed it into 3 apartments in the 70's. There is plenty of sun in each apartments due to those big windows facing the sun. The backyard is huge (double land).
-Less than 5 minutes from metro d'Iberville (blue line) from grocery, bakery and drugstore.
-Quiet neighborhood.
-A buyer can easily modify the building and take 2 floors (was my plan).
-Lots of room for a pool, etc...
-Big garden.
-All apartments are well-kept and clean.
