Fully renovated brick bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac with a kids' playground, walking trails, and equestrian park. 5 minutes to the shopping mall with grocery store, pharmacy, fast food, and gas station. Within 15 minutes or less: waterpark, beach on the river, 2 nordic spas, and 3 ski hills. All this within 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa!
