Calm and serene country home. 9 foot ceiling, 10 in the living room. Very open concept. Ash hardwood floors from Germany are very resistant to any scratching. Lots of kitchen storage and very fonctional conducive to entertaining . Very deep cast iron bathtub with adjustable ceiling lights nice for relaxing. There are lots of perennials and flowering bushes. Nice variety of trees making it very private. Very warm home in the winter with radiant floors, gas and wood fireplaces. Very cool home in the summer. Extra insulation in the attic. Styrorail on basement walls allows for very dry walk-out basement. The covered fiberglass balcony on two sides allows for shaded relaxation and a panoramic view of the forests. Backyard shed is fully insulated, even the floors. Shed has woodstove and electrical for heat and lights(11×19 feet). The neighborhood is awesome for walking, jogging and biking since it is fully paved with a ton of trees. Ecopark within a 10 minute walk with trails for skiing and snowshoeing. Nakkertok trails also. Fatbike trails within a 10 minute bike ride. Iga, Tim Hortons, Mcdos, pharmacie less than 10 minutes away. 2 primary schools and a beautiful children's forest park close by.
